The project concept is to take advantage of the levels in the site by creating different levels accessible through ramps and stairs inorder to be more functional and provide aesthetic skyline.
The building is almost centered in the site, any dimensions can be taken from the cad files.
There are different zones in the site, a higher place for pool chairs , a glass pool away from the building 11m , barbeque zone and an outdoor seating zone and a relaxing zone with swings.
The car parking area is within the 8 m with a flooring material walkable asphalt.
Revit file is provided for needed any needed heights or sections in the site for the future execution drawings.
Ground Floor:
An entrance with a coat wardrobe, a living area ( seatings and dinning area with tv) , open kitchen, small storage, laundry and ironing room, toilet with a shower.
The dinning table is near the kitchen for better circulation,
Living area has bug windows to overlook the site and outdoor view.
First Floor:
2 double bedrooms
1 master bedroom with toilet and walk-in closet
1 toilet
The roof is accessible through stairs.
