The project involves the reorganization of the space according to a fluid and open pattern, but with a strong compositional rigor.
It was mostly respected the existing volume with concrete walls, dedicating the central space to the open space where is the great co-working desk, the reception, the sitting areas with sofas, the toilets and the kitchen.
The smaller spaces to the east and west, opened on the garden terraces, were completely redesigned with two shell structures coated aluminium and glass, where are located the offices to the west and the meeting room to the east.
All main rooms are naturally lit, with the exception of the toilets. The central space is lit with large skylights in the ceiling, while the north façade has been observed leaving the small existing window on decorated wall of the building.
The main entrance is planned towards the west terrace, where it will install the new lift, a short path on deck welcomes visitors, who can enjoy a shaded garden, with seating and a small water fountain.
In the first aluminum shell, to the northwest, there are the three private offices, with a largest one. The three offices have the exclusive exit to the small open spaces that can be equipped with seats for outdoors.
In the second aluminum shell to the northeast it was placed the meeting room with views and access on the green terrace.
The green exterior play great importance with the presence of decks, covered porch for protection from the sun, ornamental plants, benches, water fountains and mini-pool.
The terrace to the new lift is more formal for the reception of guests, while the terrace to the east is reserved for more informal outdoors and relax relations, narrow to the kitchen, and features with an outside barbeque.
The furnishing embodiment is provided totally cut to size and with few elements of industrial production. The main material is the recovery oak, suitable to characterize an idea of comfort and authenticity, treated with contemporary linear design.
