Indoor:
This is a gutted rooftop penthouse that we are converting into an office space. The indoor office space should have 2 private offices and 1 conference room, and the rest should be an open working area with a large co-working desk (room for 8-10 people) and a large lounging area (couch, etc.). Modern sensibilities, probably light wooden flooring with carpets or cement flooring with carpets, modern yet comfortable furniture. Elements of old and new luxury. Please be creative. In terms of color palette, neutral tones (browns, greys, blacks) with pops of color where you see fit. Large windows with shades to distribute light.
Outdoor:
We’d like you to be creative with the outdoor rooftop area. We’d like it to be wooden deck flooring, and some tented/shaded areas, and plenty of room for seating and working outdoors. We are considering a fountain as well. All outdoor furniture should be weather-proof.
UPDATE: I have added several new images. As you’ll see in the comments, I’d like 2 Unisex WCs in the design, and IMG_5407 and IMG_5420 would be natural places for small Unisex WCs. Additionally, I’d like an additional private office, so now 3 private offices and one conference room. One of the private offices should be larger than the others, perhaps the area in IMG_5389 would be appropriate for that, but please use your imagination. Thank you all, I hope this helps.
UPDATE #2: Please include an elevator attachment to the outside of the building. I will include an image to the ‘plans’ section of where the elevator needs to be. This may change where you put your entry/lobby area, but it shouldn’t impact too much of your design. Thank you!
