The living room
The idea for the living room is to be of a mix use. There are different scenarios that the design utilizes depending on the purpose.
1.Everyday use
2.Dinner with friends
3.Casual movie night
This is achieved first by situating the custom-made sofa alongside the wall. It consists of 3 identical long parts that gives the ability to move and change depending on the scenario. Entering the apartment the direct view towards the bathroom is obstructed by the use of hard curtains on which pictures could be hanged to make it more homey. There is a a custom-made cabinet that will be able to store all the clutter.

Bedroom 1 & 2
Both bedrooms are made identical in order to optimize space. Each roommate will have his personal wardrobe and each room is equipped with a desk for shared use.

Bathroom
In order not minimize the living space by building another toilet, the current bathroom will be changed a bit to maximize its use. The toilet and the basin should be moved towards the door. The shower should be relocated at the back of the bathroom and separated with dark glass division so that shower and toilet could be used at the same time. This division will help to situate a high cupboard that will accommodate a washing machine and used as a utility cupboard too.
