Design approach on this project is for small rooms with complete furniture layout, the bedrooms can be combined as a game room, and can be subdivide with sliding doors. Natural lighting is minimal on this project, we provide a openings with glass and aluminum frames specially on toilet & baths, doors on 2nd floor are mostly sliding doors, to add that we provide 2 toilet & baths on 2nd floor and a toilet with vanity on ground floor. We achieve a 3 bedrooms on 2nd. floor. We provide a working desk on ground floor where we can separate living and dining area. We provide a complete layout for kitchen. Better ventilation are coming from openings on terrace area. We provide hallway even thou this area is added we already give natural light ventilation on all bedrooms, the doors are also glass and aluminum as a sliding door, one bedroom on hallways has a awning windows. Important factor is to have a transparent layout where light can pass thru on walls and doors.
