la scelta principale alla base del progetto è quella di lasciare quanto più possibile in comunicazione le diverse aree della zona giorno, per questo motivo la cucina è separa da un grande pannello scorrevole a tutta altezza che aperto rende continuo e fluido lo spazio.Un parato caratterizza la parete vicina il pannello che diventa fondale dell'intero ambiente salone/pranzo.
Sul fondo della cucina, dei setti hanno consentito di ricavare uno spazio ripostiglio/lavanderia.Una parte del precedente corridoio è stata accorpata ad una delle camere da così da renderla più confortevole. Dal bagno esistente sono stati ricavati 2 bagni,
quello in camera è completato dalla doccia inserita nell' armadiatura. Nel disimpegno è stata ricavata una cabina armadio pensata per i cambi di stagione. E' stato scelto il parquet per l'intera casa tranne in cucina caratterizzata da grandi lastre in gres esagonali. Nei bagni non c'è rivestimento ma sulle pareti è usato lo smalto così da rendere più "leggeri" degli spazi non grandissimi, solo le docce sono rivestite, di ciottoli quella in camera, in mosaico bianco l'altra. Nel complesso la casa ha un'atmosfera calda e accogliente per la proporzione degli ambienti, la scelta dei materiali e degli arredi.
