According to the client's request, the apartment was divided into two units. The largest with 160 m2 of its own and the second with 100m2.
Given the current state of the apartment seen in the video, it is really a shame to carry out a lot of work, which luckily was achieved in unit A (the largest) which has great floors and with very little demolition the objective was achieved. Unfortunately, in the smallest unit that was very intertwined, more demolition needed to be done, but I think a good result was achieved.
