Con una prima analisi sono state valutate le possibili divisioni in modo tale da rispettare il più possibile le richieste fatte e questo in relazione agli attuali vincoli come ad esempio la collocazione dei bagni e l’attuale fruibilità interna con i relativi accessi alle terrazze. Le due nuove unità accessibili dal pianerottolo principale come nello stato attuale si identificano con il numero 01 la piccola e 02 la più grande. In entrambi gli appartamenti a partire dall’ingresso si giunge in un primo ambiente filtro con sedute per poi trovarsi nel grande ambiente open space con divani, sala da pranzo e cucina che viene proposta sia open che all’occorrenza chiudibile tramite pannelli e vetrate scorrevoli; da qui è sempre possibile l’accesso diretto agli spazi esterni che in prossimità della cucina presentano anche uno spazio esterno e coperto adibito a sala da pranzo esterna. Gli appartamenti presentano sempre due bagni di cui uno disimpegnato e direttamente accessibile e un secondo privato della camera padronale ma eventualmente anche accessibile dal disimpegno notte; inoltre il reparto notte si compone di due camere per l’appartamento 01 con la terza camera che ha anche la funzione di studio collocata nel reparto giorno e di tre camere grandi camere di cui due con cabina armadio per l’appartamento 02. Si è dunque pensato di proporre due soluzioni molto simili per quanto riguarda la metratura degli appartamenti ma con caratteristiche interne differenti in particolar modo nella prima soluzione sia i bagni che le cucine sono in prossimità delle attuali colonne di scarico indicate, mentre nella seconda soluzione, più accattivante dal punto di vista dell’interior design, le cucine sono collocate più distanti e in questo caso sarà possibile inserire un sistema di scarico forzato. Inoltre anche l’area lavanderia collocata in un’armadiatura a scomparsa è pratica e sempre collocata nelle vicinanze degli scarichi. Particolare attenzione è stata rivolta agli spazi esterni in modo tale da avere continuità tra gli ambienti interni ed esterni arredati anche con divanetti, sedute e lettini che identificano una zona solarium più riservata.

The apartments always have two bathrooms, one of which is disengaged and directly accessible and a second private in the master bedroom but possibly also accessible from the night hallway; furthermore, the sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms for apartment 01 with the third bedroom which also has the function of a study located in the living area and three large bedrooms, two of which with walk-in wardrobes for apartment 02. thought of proposing two very similar solutions in terms of the size of the apartments but with different internal characteristics, particularly in the first solution both the bathrooms and the kitchens are close to the current drainage columns indicated, while in the second solution, more attractive from the From an interior design point of view, the kitchens are located further away and in this case it will be possible to insert a forced exhaust system. Furthermore, the laundry area located in a retractable cupboard is also practical and always located near the drains. Particular attention was paid to the external spaces in such a way as to have continuity between the internal and external environments also furnished with sofas, seats and sun loungers which identify a more private solarium area.
