Dear Client,

Thank you for this great project. I have completed my design. I tried to improve the building's appearance, but I tried not to make too many major changes due to budgetary considerations and the structural load, which is quite risky if we demolish too much. The only thing I changed was the side window. I've now converted it into a door to the first floor via the ground floor living room.

I tried to combine white and wood textures on the exterior to create a modern design.

On the ground floor interior, as you can see in the floor plan I uploaded, I tried to maximize it by placing the living room at the entrance, the kitchen and bathroom in the living room, and the bedroom at the back of the house. On the first floor, I didn't make any changes because the interior design was already appropriate and optimal.
