Residenziale - Villa
Dear client,
The scope of the renovation included a full upgrade of the facade, resulting in a modernized and energy-efficient exterior. The most notable change is the introduction of two separate entrances, each accessed by galvanized steel staircases with oak-finished wooden steps, offering both durability and aesthetic warmth. The window and door frames have been upgraded to anthracite-colored aluminum, providing a contemporary and cohesive look in harmony with the rest of the facade and roofing elements.
The thermal insulation was significantly improved with the application of a 10 cm Styrofoam facade system, finished with RAL 9010 facade paint, contributing to both energy performance and a clean, bright appearance. As a design accent, selected portions of the facade are clad in a ventilated Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) oak paneling, mounted on a concealed steel substructure. This not only enhances the visual quality of the building but also ensures long-term durability.
The bottom portion of the facade features a decorative mosaic plaster finish, serving as a protective base against moisture and physical wear.
Finally, the roofing has been updated with anthracite-colored tiles and matching trims, aligning visually with the new window frames and creating a balanced, unified architectural expression.
This renovation combines aesthetic improvements, functional upgrades, and enhanced building performance, contributing to both the long-term sustainability and visual appeal of the property.
Best regards!
