In questo progetto abbiamo cercato di soddisfare al meglio le richieste del cliente.Per sfruttare al massimo lo spazio giorno, è stato creato un open space che contiene sia l’ingresso sia la zona salotto e sia l’angolo cottura. Quest’ultimo è stato posizionato in modo tale che non sia visibile entrando nell’appartamento. Inoltre per l’ambiente soggiorno sono state utilizzati pochi colori/materiali che consentono di rendere l’ambiente più luminoso, ma al tempo stesso moderno e accattivante. La parete finestrata e la parete di 4.15m sono state rese più particolari con un motivo floreale di carta da parati, oggi tornata di gran moda. Per quanto riguarda le camere, in queste ritroviamo in parte i colori del soggiorno, al fine di dare continuità e omogeneità all’appartamento, e disegni diversi di carta da parati. Nella camera singola, è stata scelta una carta che possa essere adatta a un bambino/ragazzino, mentre nella camera matrimoniale è stata scelta una carta elegante ma al tempo stesso non troppo presente. Per quanto riguarda i bagni, ci è sembrato importante consentire alla camera matrimoniale di avere un bagno esclusivo, mentre per il secondo bagno è stato optato di lasciarlo nella posizione attuale, al fine di contenere i costi. Le finiture dei bagni, sono dei mosaici in vetro di 1 cm x 1 cm, sui toni del verde chiaro. Infine non potendo spostare la porta d’ingresso dell’appartamento, al fine di poter rendere l’ingresso uno spazio utile, sono state inserite delle librerie/scaffalature, che consentono anche di dare all’appartamento dei mobili-contenitori utili, visto che non c’è tantissimo spazio.

In this project we have tried to satisfy customer requirements .To make the most of the space day , was created an open space that contains both the entrance and the living area and both the kitchenette . The latter has been positioned in such a way that it is not visible entering the apartment . In addition to the living environment have been used a few colors / materials that allow you to make the environment more bright, but at the same time modern and appealing . The windowed wall and the wall of 4.15m have been made more special with a floral pattern of wallpaper , now back in fashion . As for the rooms , in these we find from the colors of the stay , in order to provide continuity and homogeneity of the apartment , and different designs of wallpaper. The single room , was chosen a card that may be suitable for a child / young boy , while in the master bedroom was chosen card elegant but at the same time not too present . As for the bathrooms , we felt it was important to allow the master bedroom having an en-suite bathroom , while the second bathroom has been decided to leave it in the current location , in order to contain costs . The finishes of the bathrooms , are of glass mosaics of 1 cm x 1 cm , in shades of light green . Finally, unable to move the door of the apartment , in order to make the entrance a useful space , were included libraries / shelving , which also allow you to give the apartment of furniture - containers useful , since there there's plenty of room .
