The project was developed following the demands of clients and taking into account the likely position of the shaft. Therefore considered the limits also linked to the small squaring of the local, I tried to optimize the available space. An important role was given to the compartments; it involves the use of sliding doors for each access to rooms, with the exception of the door of the closet, the latter is constituted by 4 folding doors, to ensure better mobility within that compartment. Sliding will be the two doors that separate the living room from the master bedroom, consider ceiling to avoid fragmentation visual elevation, the same applies to the sliding panels in the ceiling provided for separating the bathroom from the bedroom, in the latter case it is expected for obvious reasons of visibility, reflection, and a gloss finish opal glass. The surface finish, which includes the services: laundry and bathrooms, will be a single block, which is why it is planned wood paneling, which includes the doors of the refrigerator and pantry in the kitchen. On the choice of other finishes and colors is clear that may change, bearing in mind that the house is not for those designing it, but those who live there.

Il progetto è stato elaborato seguendo le richieste della committenza e tenendo in considerazione la probabile posizione del cavedio. Considerati dunque i limiti legati anche alla quadratura del locale, si è cercato di ottimizzare gli spazi disponibili. Un ruolo importante è stato dato ai vani porta; si prevede l’utilizzo di porte scorrevoli ad ogni accesso ai vani, ad eccezione della porta del ripostiglio, quest’ultima è costituita da 4 ante a soffietto, per garantire una migliore mobilità all’interno del suddetto vano. Scorrevoli a scomparsa saranno le due porte che separano la zona giorno dalla camera da letto matrimoniale, considerate a tutt’altezza per evitare frammentazioni visive in alzato, lo stesso dicasi per i pannelli scorrevoli a soffitto previsti per separare il bagno dalla camera da letto matrimoniale, in quest’ultimo caso si prevede per ovvie ragioni di visibilità, riflesso e lucentezza una finitura in vetro opalino. La finitura superficiale, che racchiude i servizi: lavanderia e bagni, dovrà costituire un blocco unico, motivo per il quale si è previsto una boiserie in legno, che include le ante del frigorifero e dispensa nell’area cucina. In merito alla scelta di altre finiture e colorazioni è chiaro che potranno subire variazioni, tenuto presente che la casa non è di chi la progetta, ma di chi la abita.
