L’intervento nasce da una attenta analisi delle principali componenti fisse che caratterizzano l’immobile. Il lato che presenta le 4 finestre si presta a contenere più funzioni garantendo al contempo la massima fluidità e flessibilità degli spazi. Seguendo infatti le desiderata, si evince che maggiori dovranno essere gli spazi associati alla vita diurna, nonchè capaci di adattarsi ad esigenze che nel tempo possono anche modificarsi. Nasce la necessità di ottimizzare al massimo i metri quadrati che abbiamo a disposizione riducendo allo stretto necessario corridoi e disimpegni.
L'area centrale dell'appartamento, più buia e meno flessibile (vista la presenza delle strutture portanti), è stata pensata per accogliere i servizi (ripostiglio / lavanderia, ingresso, disimpegni) e con la presenza dei bagni nella fascia più a destra (con influenza dei cavedi irremovibili) facilita la fruizione degli stessi.
I servizi igienici sono entrambi spaziosi e accoglienti: quello che da sull'area giorno presenta un antibagno discreto e luminoso mentre quello della camera matrimoniale può essere facilmente utilizzato all'occorrenza anche dai bambini dalla cameretta, vista la presenza di un filtro che lo rende facilmente accessibile. Ciò è stato pensato anche in vista di eventuali cambiamenti di destinazioni d'uso future: la flessibilità temporale è una componente molto importante da non sottovalutare.
La zona giorno si estende sul fronte maggiormente finestrato, e la continuità degli ambienti amplifica il rapporto aeroilluminante: infatti presenta 2 grandi finestre centrali che con l'apertura della zona studio e l'antibagno ne aumenta le dimensioni, migliorandone la qualità spaziale, visiva e sensoriale.
Lo spazio che però maggiormente caratterizza il progetto è l'area studio che può diventare all'occorrenza zona relax, gioco bimbi, letto per gli ospiti nonchè rimanere semplice stanza singola. Avendo i soffitti molto alti, è stato rialzato il letto contenitore in maniera da avere più luce possibile e sfruttare i gradini come cassetti e la nicchia adiacente come libreria / guardaroba / ripostiglio per giocattoli. Tutto ciò sempre con l'ottica di rendere quanto più flessibile nel tempo l'ambiente.
Il progetto quindi presenta: 2 camere matrimoniali (una padronale e una doppia), 1 cabina armadio, 1 camera singola, 1 grande zona giorno di 35 mq con cucina a scomparsa, un ripostiglio lavanderia, 2 bagni (di cui uno finestrato). La presenza delle 3 camere da letto (due maggiori di 14 mq e una singola) aumenta il valore dell'immobile e consente di utilizzare l'appartamento stesso nel modo più ottimale e creativo.
The project was born from a careful analysis of the main fixed components that characterize the property. The side that has the four windows lends itself to contain multiple functions while ensuring the maximum fluidity and flexibility of spaces . Following the desired fact , it appears that the greater must be the spaces associated with the waking life , as well as capable of adapting to the needs that may also change over time . Comes the need to optimize the square meters that we have reduced to the minimum necessary corridors and lobbies .
The central area of the apartment, darker and less flexible (due to the presence of the supporting structures ) , was designed to accommodate the services ( utility / laundry room , hall , lobby ) and with the presence of the bathrooms at the top end on the right ( influence of shafts with adamant ) facilitates the use of the same.
The toilets are both spacious and cozy : the day that the area has a dressing discreet and bright as that of the master bedroom can easily be used if necessary also by the children from the room, given the presence of a filter that makes it easy accessible. This was also thought in view of possible future changes of uses : the temporal flexibility is a very important component to be reckoned with .
The living area extends to meet greater window, and the continuity of the environments amplifies the relationship aeroilluminante : it has 2 large windows with the central opening of the study area and dressing increases the size , improving the quality of spatial , visual and sensory .
