Ristrutturazione casa unifamiliare con ampliamento

Our proposal is structured around three lines of intervention. The project focuses on the main access area and the staircase, located between structural supports, where the floor level is raised to emphasize the entrance and allow for the development of a comfortable staircase, providing a fluid distribution toward both the daytime and nighttime areas. This sector is conceived as a light-filled space that enhances and illuminates the interior of the dwelling.
On the first level, this space is configured as a reception area with a living space, from which circulation is articulated toward the garage and an internal family hall that connects the bedrooms, each with the possibility of direct access to the pool area.
On the second level, the staircase opens up access to a projected terrace, to daytime-use areas with a transverse view, and to service spaces. Additionally, an extra area dedicated to a wine cellar is proposed.
The intervention on the roof involves simplifying its geometry, in coherence with the selected modern architectural references, while respecting the existing height, the potential for structural recovery, and the material qualities of the surrounding context.
Finally, structural reinforcement elements are incorporated both internally and externally, through concrete components that shape the spaces and allow for a gradual and harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment.
