In questo progetto si è voluto venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente, massimizzando gli spazi, creando più ambienti, piacevoli e confortevoli. Dall'ampio salone si accede ad una spaziosa cucina e alla zona notte. La cucina può essere in continuità spaziale con il soggiorno o isolarsi da essa attraverso delle porte a scomparsa. La zona notte è composta da tre stanze e due bagni. Gli interventi principali riguardano lo spostamento della cucina e di uno dei bagni. Per gli scarichi degli ambienti sopracitati si prevede di utilizzare la colonna di scarico esistente , facendo passare la tubazione lungo il muro perimetrale, nell'intercapedine dell'impianto di riscaldamento a pavimento, oltre l'utilizzo di sistemi elettro-meccanici dove necessario.

In this project we wanted to meet the needs of the customer , maximizing the space , creating more environments , pleasant and comfortable . The wide hall leads to a spacious kitchen and the sleeping area. The kitchen can be in spatial continuity with the living room , or isolate themselves from it through the pocket doors . The sleeping area consists of three rooms and two bathrooms . The main interventions include moving the kitchen and one of the bathrooms . For discharges of the above areas you will be using the existing drainage column , by passing the pipe along the perimeter wall , the cavity system of underfloor heating , as well as the use of electro - mechanical systems where needed.
