Living area design

Good day, I present to you our proposal for your living and dining/kitchen area re-layout. We present two design options. Option A gives an optimal layout for the kitchen while giving an open design for the dining and living area space. Option B gives a smaller and more compact kitchen layout while giving a study room as an additional space for the dining and living area space.
