Your project has been designed to include two completely different proposals
The first proposal: which is to design a separate apartment for each floor, where on the ground floor, after lowering the level by two stairs, so that the total height of the floor becomes 2.70 meters, we find the uncle’s apartment, which contains two bedrooms, one of which is a single for the maid, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a small living and dining area with a small bar that allows use by both parties.
As for the first floor, we find it all contains the son’s apartment, which includes 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an open area for living and dining.
The second proposal: It consists of making the entire ground floor into two separate bars with separate entrances, one of which is for the uncle, including his work space (his small workshop with a bathroom), and the other contains a bar for the son, with allotted places for children to play and play.
The first floor was expanded and divided to contain two apartments, one for the uncle and the other for the son
Uncle's apartment: It contains two rooms, one of which is a single room, with one bathroom and a kitchen, and includes a terrace area inside the apartment to expand the living, dining and kitchen area.
The son’s apartment: After including part of the large terrace within the apartment, it now contains three bedrooms, each of them a master bedroom, two bathrooms, and a large open space for the kitchen, living and dining area, with a small terrace in the master bedroom.
As for the garden, it was divided into two parts with a harmonious organic design, while preserving a number of overlapping areas for needs, such as the entrance area, which was then divided into two lanes for cars to go to different garages as required, along with furnishing the entrance area of the building, with a common circular courtyard in front of it as well, as shown in the first plate.
