In front of you there is an unconventional out of the box design solution that complies fully with your wishes and requirements. The plan was derived out of your desire to keep the view throught the balcony and have an open plan living,dining and kitchen zone. Therefore I created a 'core', which consists of the smaller bathroom attached to the back of the kitchen. In this way the layout is floating seemlessly throughout the whole apartment from the hallway to the living room,through the kitchen island to the dining area. The environment is bright,cozy and comfortable.The decent size kitchen makes it possible to cook and meanwhile have the chance to entertain or have a talk, but also having a peak through the windows to the nice environment outside. This plan structure gives you also the opportunity later on through the years, in case you change your mind or the living routine shifts and you no longer enjoy the open plan, to put some separating walls and have an entirely different setting, without too much renovation. The two kids' rooms are of proper size as well as the Master bedroom, which has its walk-in closet and direct access to the en suite bathroom. The hallway due to it's spaciousness is able to accommodate two wardrobes, in one of which there could be hidden out of sight the washing machine/dryer.
