Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear Client,
Thank you for this great project. I have sent you my design proposal. Below, I will explain my design.
I tried to maximize the floor plan. Limited window openings were the most challenging, as there are two bedrooms that must have windows. After much deliberation, I finally decided to locate the single bedroom not far from the previous location. This was the only location that allowed for a single bed, with a window large enough for a bed.
The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, and bathtub. I accessed the bathroom through the walk-in closet to create more space. This bathroom is located off the kitchen in the previous building, with an exit to the balcony. I decided to replace the door to the balcony with a small window.
Additionally, you can see the guest bathroom, which features a toilet, bidet, and shower. Bathroom 2 doesn't have a window like Bathroom 1. Due to limited window space, the bathrooms are located close to each other to facilitate plumbing.
In the living room, I placed a modular sofa, with an additional wall that can be used to place a television. This creates a harmonious layout between the kitchen and living room, as well as the main entrance. You can see the kitchen, which has an island with two dining chairs. This saves a lot of space, considering the limited space. You can also see the hallway, which houses storage cabinets and a laundry room.
I hope my proposed design meets your expectations. Thank you.
