Two apartment options are attached:
Option no1: In the entrance, on the left there are storage/pantry room and laundry room. Behind them there is kitchen with island with 4 sitting spots. Kitchen area and living/dinning area are divided with sliding glass doors. In the corridor there are 2 closets. On the right there are two bedrooms, bathroom and master bedroom with private bathroom. I wanted both bathroom to have a window and natural light so I have decided to divide double window. Bedroom1 and bedroom 2 are around 10,5 m2.
Option no2: Since option no2 is without laundry and pantry , kitchen is moved where is currently and there is larger space for dinning/living area, and space distribution is different. Sleeping area is the same as in Option no1.

Option no3 is similar to Option no1: difference is regarding opening in concrete wall. Which partially caused a different arrangement (what is possible according to static calculations). -same with Option no2/Option no4
