La proposta progettuale nasce dall’idea di avere un unico grande ambiente open-space con possibilità di chiudere la cucina all’occorrenza ma comunque da far passare sempre luce dalle finestre in modo da avere un grane ambiente conviviale e dove elementi più caratteristici come il camino rivisitato in stile moderno e minimale vengono lasciati nella loro posizione. La proposta segue anche criteri di ottimizzazione degli spazi come armadiature a filo-muro che a volte ospitano anche le porte di accesso alle camere in modo da avere un ambiente pulito e ben studiato. Poiché si è pensato ad una modifica nella distribuzione interna rispetto alle richieste si propongono due soluzioni. La prima con cucina collocata nella stessa area dello stato attuale, living con area pranzo adiacente al terrazzo, camere doppie ridimensionate e camera padronale con bagno riservato e collocato in posizione adiacente al bagno principale; il tutto in modo da limitare i lavori in particolar modo per quanto riguarda le tubazioni di scarico. La seconda con living adiacente alla zona d’ingresso e cucina con ampia vetrata che si affaccia su quest’ultimo e terrazza adibita eventualmente anche a lavanderia e stenderia; lo stile è sempre minimale e con capienti armadiature e sistemi di cassetti a scomparsa lungo le pareti; entrando nell’abitazione ciò che si percepisce sarà l’ampiezza degli spazi e la comoda fruibilità interna; per quanto riguarda la zona notte l’unica differenza sta nel posizionamento del bagno padronale, in questo caso adiacente alla cucina. Oggettivamente questa seconda soluzione pur avendo caratteristiche comuni risulta più proporzionata tra zona giorno e notte senza dimenticare il fatto di avere notevoli armadiature eventualmente realizzabili fino a soffitto oltre ad una comoda dispensa adiacente alla cucina.

The design proposal stems from the idea of having a single large open-space environment with the possibility of closing the kitchen if necessary but in any case always allowing light to pass through the windows so as to have a great convivial environment and where more characteristic elements such as the fireplace revisited in a modern and minimal style, they are left in their position. The proposal also follows space optimization criteria such as flush-to-the-wall wardrobes which sometimes also house the access doors to the rooms in order to have a clean and well-designed environment. Since a change in the internal distribution with respect to the requests has been thought of, two solutions are proposed. The first with kitchen located in the same area as the current state, living room with dining area adjacent to the terrace, resized double bedrooms and master bedroom with private bathroom located adjacent to the main bathroom; all in order to limit the work especially as regards the exhaust pipes. The second with living room adjacent to the entrance area and kitchen with large window overlooking the latter and terrace possibly also used as a laundry and drying rack; the style is always minimal and with capacious wardrobes and concealed drawer systems along the walls; entering the house what is perceived will be the breadth of the spaces and the comfortable internal usability; as far as the sleeping area is concerned, the only difference lies in the positioning of the master bathroom, in this case adjacent to the kitchen. Objectively, this second solution, despite having common characteristics, is more proportionate between the day and night areas without forgetting the fact of having considerable wardrobes that can possibly be built up to the ceiling as well as a convenient pantry adjacent to the kitchen.
