The Proposed design is based on all the client's requirements with additional facilities for the benefit of its user.
1-Games area and relax zone-
It contains a lounge area for hanging out, table tennis, billiards, air hockey, chess, foosball, informal seating, etc. which can easily be used by the office people for their recreation. A projector is also proposed in one area to watch movies, Netflix, etc. that are can also be used for small parties, discussion, and lectures. Two sleeping pods are also provided so that the employees can take a nap and increase their efficiency. Easily more than 20 people can enjoy in this space. The whole wall is of a blue glass wall similar to the lift's glass which automatically give a blue tint in interior which soothes the environment.
Gymnasium-
The gymnasium is proposed in its old place only with the required equipment and yoga mat with a mirror on two long walls.
SPA-
The spa is proposed near fire staircase. It has an entrance waiting area, a couple spa room, a bathroom. The spa room also has a shower cabin and steam room.
Apartment-
The apartment has a grand living space connected with a dining and an open kitchen and bar counter. It also has a water body with a fountain which make the interior cool and vibrant. The apartment has 2 rooms, one master bedroom, and the other guest room. The Master bedroom has an attached walk-in closet and bathroom.
The apartment is placed in between the gymnasium and spa and has connecting doors between them which can help to access it from inside the apartment if needed.
The interiors are kept minimal, with touch of wood and blue and grey textures to look elegant.
