I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the villa (Ricasoli 2024, un nuovo inizio!) .
Your house has been designed and is an apartment on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with double exposure to sunlight. It is located on the ground floor and has a private garden on one side only, and the other side of the garden is owned by the other apartment. The house can be accessed from the front garden via the enlarged balcony. The apartment has another small terrace located on the other side of the south-facing garden. Work was also done to expand it and make it habitable.
The result obtained from the design is as follows:
The interior spaces, which caused many problems in the current design, were redistributed and became as follows:
• 2 double bedrooms with the same space, with different styles for designing each room
• Create 2 bathrooms, one of which contains only a bathroom for guests, and the other contains a bathtub or a small jacuzzi for the residents of the house
• 1 study containing a small office, a large library of books, and a corner for relaxing and reading
• The kitchen was moved to the other side, making it an open kitchen containing a small peninsula that allows for breakfast.
• An open space in front of the kitchen that allows for a large dining table for 10 people.
• An open space that allows the living room and its reading corner to be contained
• The galleries were expanded to make them habitable
• A convection heater was installed in the open space below the TV shown in the drawings
A soundproof false ceiling was installed over the entire roof, taking into account the insulation of the dividing walls of the new layout.
