Good day, and thank you for the opportunity to work on your project.

In this design, we aimed to enhance the sense of openness by incorporating a light color palette, allowing the space to appear larger and more inviting. The staircase has been designed not only with functionality in mind but also as an aesthetic feature to enrich the overall atmosphere. Additionally, a decorative plant has been placed beneath the staircase to create a warmer and more pleasant environment.

For the kitchen, an island layout has been introduced. The cooktop is integrated into the island, with a built-in oven positioned within it as well. A matte black industrial-style hood has been selected to create a modern focal point, complemented by a metal mesh feature above it, combined with greenery to soften the look and add visual interest.

To improve both functionality and visual organization, the washing machine has been relocated داخل the unit, positioned opposite the bathroom for easier access. In response to your request for ample storage, we have maximized all usable spaces to incorporate custom closet solutions throughout the unit.

Furthermore, the upper-level bathroom has been expanded to provide greater comfort, and the walk-in closet on this level has also been enlarged to enhance usability.

The guest room, which you had envisioned for a teenage boy, has been maintained in its original location. We designed this space to be flexible by incorporating a sofa bed, allowing it to function both as a comfortable seating area and as an accommodation space for guests. This approach also helps natural light from the window to flow more freely into the interior, brightening the staircase and upper level. However, if you prefer, this area can alternatively be enclosed as a private room with walls—this decision can be adjusted based on your preference.

Additionally, for the upper-level TV area, we have designed a built-in wardrobe unit where the television is mounted onto a concealed door panel. This feature allows the TV to be opened and closed as needed, with storage space integrated behind it, maintaining a clean and organized appearance.

In the outdoor area, we have designed a dedicated space that includes a seating area, parking, and a designated zone for your plants, creating a balanced and functional yard environment.
