I present two options for architectural plan for first floor, and also for ground floor plan.
For a wall paint colour I choose neutral sand colour, to balance with strong red terracotta floor colour. As an option for one of the walls you can use decorative wallpapers( for example white brick - at first floor renders, or darker stone or wood - at ground floor renders, or real white bricks or stone - but they are more expensive ). I give you an example for budget for first floor - 473,78EUR ; and ground floor - 478,84 EUR. As an option you also can use one double bedroom instead of two(2) single beds in some of the roooms, which also will reduce the budget and will give you an opportunity to invest saved money at wall decoration. I used mostly natural materials and colours - natural light wood for beds, sand colour for walls, blue mare colour for bedside tables, in combination with natural red terracotta floor.
