We recently purchased an apartment for 10 years with a provision somewhat ‘unusual that needs to be renovated.

As for the kitchen, it will have to be of white color, with steel (sink and cooker wire). The fridge prefer it separate. We wish there were also elements of red (a part of the doors, for example). In front of the window we want to place a bar with two stools.
The bath is completely redone 1P eliminating the tub (which will put the top floor), making him a bath. We want a high sink (bowl type) leaning on a wooden floor supported by an iron frame with then combined toilet and bidet and possible dedicated locker.
The last room of the plan will be used as a study and a cloakroom.
The second floor (attic) has 3 velux, one for each room. As you see the staircase is very dark because the wall of the room blocks light (all the walls are plasterboard 2P). This room will be used as a mini-gym and maybe in the future converted to bedroom.
In the bathroom of the 2P there will be major changes. We want two smaller basins always propped on a wooden top (similar to 1P), WC + bidet matched, freestanding bathtub and shower long (at least 80cm wide). There is the possibility to enlarge the room at the expense of the master bedroom.
In the master bedroom we will reuse the white bed with pallets we already have. We seek a solution to the closet because there is only one wall high available and we want to take advantage of the lower one. Opposite the bed should be placed flat (you may also attached to the beams).
Windows and doors will be re-colored to white.
We seek solutions and modern furniture (Ikea also type) with tight budget.

About the kitchen, the main color will be white even if we like some red part, with steel cooktop (integrated sink and hob). We prefer a standalone refrigerator. In front of the window we like to counter with two footstools.
1stF The bathroom needs to be completly redone: remove bath tube, put a high sink (like washbowl) on a wood counter on iron infrastructure plus toilet and bidet and dedicated closet. The last room will be kept as studio and wardrobe.
The 2nd floor (attic) have 3 velux (roof windows), one for each room. As visible in the image the stair is too dark as the service bedroom wall block the light. All the wall on the 2ndF are made in drywall. This room will be used as mini-gym or in future reconvert to a bedroom.
The 2ndF bathroom need the main changes. We need 2 small sink put on a wood counter (similar to 1stF bathroom), WC + bidet, freestanding bathtube and big shower (min 80 cm large). Necessary if the wall can be moved to enlarge the room (bedroom on direction).
On the double bedroom we will reuse the white wood pallet That We Already have. We search in closet solution as there is only one tall wall available and we would like to keep anche advantage of the low wall. In front of the bed to TV will be attached. The color of the windows and doors will be white
