This project is an adaptive version of the previous project for the same location. I left the L-shaped building, reduced the number of vertical communications of 2 to 1. Success to make 20 apartments, and for every apartment there is a parking spot in the underground level. Also I provided 7 more parking spots outside the building. The apartments located on the ground floor on the S-E and O-S perspectives have big outdoor spaces. The upper apartments are designed with terraces that can be accessed from every room.
The total mq of the apartments is 1275mq, of which 345mq to ground floor level and 465mq to the upper two levels.
