Hi, I've picked all the furniture from the same store (IKEA Dubai Festival city) so that you can make one order and get them as soon as possible. It will cost about 35000 AED approximately.
For the living room: I used the pillar as a bookshelf to store all the books that you have, and I've tried to make it as cosy as possible with a beautiful color palette -check the furniture list-
For the Marina room: I picked an ocean color palette and I chose the biggest bed in the store (King size).
For the kitchen: I added some shelves to get more storage space without losing the kitchen air
