After analyzing your requirements and studying your existing apartment, I proposed three alternative layout designs. In the alternative one design, I proposed living room in the closest room next to entrance. I added plasterboard wall for bioethanol fireplace and to hang television which can hide tv cable. Three alternative designs has open layout design concept for integrating living room and kitchen with island which can be used for dining table. All alternative also have same layout for bedroom 1, bedroom 3, bathrooms and laundry. I proposed design with modern style with clean lines with monochromatic color palette, such as white, cream, grey, and natural wood color.
In the alternative two design, I proposed kitchen in the closest room next to entrance. I also added shelves in the kitchen area to store dry food or it can be used for mini drink bar. The others are same with alternative one.
In the alternative three design, I proposed bedroom 2 in the closest room next to entrance. I also proposed storage or closet room in the end of the corridor.
