I have focused the design requirements for this project to make the living and dining rooms look modern, luxurious, and minimalistic at the same time ... for the 3-seat sofa, it is best to be reupholstered with warm dark gray velvet fabric ( the color in the rendered photos).
For the two armchairs: it is recommended to reupholster a light gray/off-white leather...
for the dining chairs: they could be kept as is or do new covers
for the pig picture frame in the living room: if it could be paired with a similar one in size and design it would give such an elegantly luxurious look to the space, and the same goes for the crystal chandelier in the dining room if you'd go for one big (two splittable dining tables) it is best to be paired with a similar one ...
