Old Farm restructuring.
The house is an old farm where we have been living for a few years and now we are very clear about what we want. The goals to be achieved are:
• Change the direction of flow and to remove the scale in the kitchen and make sure that access to the room is carried from the P-RC level
• 4 Rooms at the P-RC level with each own toilet, sink and shower instead of the large bathroom
• Creation of one or two rooms and office in the barn with toilet sink and shower in every room, you have to keep in mind that one day you we could separate that part of the house and take make an indipendent apartment therefore it would be good to plan in advance and make sure the kitchen could at a later stage be installed at the P-RI level
Level P-RI
• Cuisine 45.8 m2
reorganization of space and remove the ladder.
• Cave 25.8 m2
reorganize the cellar with part for drinks, part for frozen, part for food. Keep in mind that for the moment the cellar is very humid
• Technique 8.8 m2
organize laundry
• Entry Hall 29.4 m2
Currently in the small room on the back there are the servers for home automation and storage of shoes and coats,
• Garage 40.4 m2
space for tools, storage (wetland and the fiol tanks leaves smell)

in the future it will be closed and can be effectively be the ground floor a separate apartment (needs to take into consideration that at a future stage we could need to put a kichen in here)

create outdoor space to take breakfast and dinner outside
