This layout proposal originates by the research of the maximum efficency in the relationship between the usability and the quality of the spaces with the goal of obtaining the most commercially attractive apartaments possible.
For this purpose the proposed solution suggests the opportunity of creating two shafts along the side opposite to the main facade with the scope of compensating for the lack of windows.
This would have the considerable advantage of being able to create bathrooms of better quality by guaranteeing a correct ratio of air and light and by adding a shaft that colufd be used to allocate technological systems.
As requested the layout guarantees a correct relationship between different appartaments sizes and locates the most prestigious ones on the main facade and considering the option oallowing for combing different units easly.
