I have recently inherited one of the two apartments that divide the villa I lived in from my mother. The second apartment is inhabited by my brother.
I would like to entirely redesign the living area by removing the wall that separates the kitchen from the living room and create a minimalist space that reflects my personality. I’d like a space that is neither too modern nor a “nanny’s room”. I am a single 55 year old woman. I love reading, flowers and plants. I don’t need a huge library as I already have one in my studio where most of books and magazines are.
