Thank you very much for the opportunity to participate in this wonderful project to redesign the home to create value. Following the main idea of elevating the value of the existing apartment, priority was given to reorganizing the interior spaces by recovering spaces and redistributing them properly by minimizing the unwanted circulation paths. The public space including the living, dining, and kitchen has been designed as an open space allowing the maximum usage of natural light and a spacious feeling once entered the apartment. The spacious comfort has been further increased with the light colour palette consisting of several featuring elements such as contrast colours and decorative lighting to break the monotony of the interior.
Existing bedrooms have been reorganized with an attached bathroom for the master bedroom and floor-to-ceiling closets for maximum storage capacity to optimize the internal clutter and organization. A washing machine has been placed near the bedrooms and common bathroom within a quite spacious area for proper utilization without much congestion. The concept of a third bedroom was thus discarded by considering the space optimization of having a smaller open kitchen/living area.
Since it is essential to create a new value for the property, a modernized touch has been given to the interior with much pleasing and simple interior design which plays the key role in modernity yet inclusive of future expansions depending on the buyer.
