The solution provided gives the optimal use of the space. The main entrance remains in its current place and leads directly into the Living area. Here we have a kitchen with dining area and a living room all combined in one open space. A small corridor leads to the other rooms.
Some of the existing internal walls will be demolished to create the new layout. The two existing bedrooms are kept in their original places with their current dimensions. The smaller bathroom on the right side of the hall is extended. The rest of the staff room is organized as a small working area/study. The bigger bathroom on the right side of the corridor is turned into a private bathroom for the bigger/master bedroom. Part of the bathroom is taken and turned into a small utility closet with a washing machine and dryer stacked on top of each other.
