Il nuovo soggiorno raggiunge i 45 mq. Questo spazio di dimensioni rilevanti necessita di una suddivisone razionale delle funzioni per poter essere sfruttato al meglio. Si può ottenere una zona pranzo ampia, un angolo caffè, una zona relax e dei passaggi comodi per muoversi nell'ambiente.
Gli interventi consistono in:
1) Arredi posizionati per ottenere un living funzionale e ordinato, con un divano large size a definire l'area salotto e un tavolo allungabile per l'area pranzo.
2) La parete nord-est del salotto ospita una TV, una credenza e una libreria a muro.Questa parete di 5,60 m è abbastanza leggera da generare fenomeni di riverbero nell'ambiente e nelle stanze adiacenti. Il rivestimento in pietra per la parete risolve questo problema migliorando il comfort acustico e donando un aspetto gradevole all'ambiente.
3) La parete frontale alla zona pranzo è composta da tre sezioni: una nicchia dove sono state inserite delle mensole illuminate dai led, uno spazio dove collocare una stufa a legna che può essere di ausilio al sistema di riscaldamento domestico, e in fine un piano realizzato in muratura vicino alla finestra che piò essere usato come seduta aggiuntiva.
4) Il divano ad L è un modello modulare in pelle facile da posizionare in base alle esigenze. Resta al cliente la scelta delle possibili configurazioni.
5) Le tende sono un elemento importante. L'ambiente è soggetto all'irraggiamento solare diretto che necessita di un tendaggio con trasparenza medio-bassa e colore chiaro, come lino o canapa naturale. Il tendaggio contribuisce a migliorare il comfort acustico dell'ambiente.
6) Le luci previste sono di tre tipi: una luce dall'alto, opportunamente dimensionata per l'illuminazione generale di tutto l'ambiente; quattro luci a parete e quattro led come luce soffusa durante i momenti di relax; una lampada come punto luce mobile per la lettura.
7) Piante e tappeti sono elementi che rendono accogliente l'ambiente e danno contrasto cromatico. Le poltrone e il tavolo da caffè danno originalità all'ambiente.
8) L'acustica in ambienti medio-grandi come questo può essere soggetta a riverbero rendendo difficoltoso il parlato. Le soluzioni di arredo e gli elementi aggiuntivi (tappeti, cornici, tendaggi, etc.) sono scelti per ottenere un miglioramento del comfort acustico.
9) Lo spazio esterno può essere sfruttato sia in estate che in inverno data la buona esposizione solare. E' previsto uno spazio relax con sdraio, panche e ombrellone, oppure un tavolo per cene all'aperto.
Per la collocazione delle piante in terrazzo è opportuno consultare la normativa comunale in merito ai carichi limite ammissibili. Le piante saranno disposte all'interno di vasi lungo il perimetro del terrazzo per sfruttare un sistema di irrigazione semplice e non invasivo. Le piante più alte saranno frontali alla facciata sud-est per riparla dal sole nelle ore centrali della giornata, mentre la parete sud-ovest sarà riparata dal sole radente del tardo pomeriggio dalle piante più basse posizionate lungo la ringhiera vetrata.
10) Per l'area fitness serve uno spazio protetto che possa ospitare le macchine. La soluzione è una struttura trasparente chiusa addossata alla parete sud-est. Il telaio e i vetri di tale struttura sono da determinare tramite un opportuno calcolo della trasmittanza. Grazie all'ottima esposizione di questa serra solare è auspicabile un miglioramento dell'efficienza energetica dell'immobile nel periodo invernale, grazie al quale è possibile accedere alle agevolazioni fiscali.

The new living room reaches 45 mq. This sizeable space needs a rational division of functions to be utilized to the fullest. You can get a large dining area, a coffee corner, a relaxation area and comfortable passages to move around the room.
The interventions consist of:
1) Forniture is arranged to get a functional and neat living, with a large size sofa to define the seating area and an extendable table for the dining area.
2) The northeast wall of the living room houses a TV, a dresser and a wall bookcase. This 5.60 m wall is light enough to create echo back in the room and adjoining ones. The stone wall paneling solution solves this problem by enhancing the acoustic comfort and giving a pleasing look to the environment.

7) Plants and carpets are elements that make the environment cozy and give color contrast. The armchairs and the coffee table give originality to the environment.
8) Acoustics in medium to large environments like this can be subject to reverb making speech difficult. Furnishing solutions and additional items (carpets, frames, curtains, etc.) are chosen to enhance acoustic comfort.
9) Exterior space can be exploited both in summer and winter due to good solar exposure. There is a relaxation area with deckchairs, benches and umbrellas, or a table for outdoor dining.
For the placement of the plants on the terrace, it is advisable to consult the municipal regulations regarding the permissible limit loads. Plants will be placed inside pots along the perimeter of the terrace to exploit a simple and non-invasive irrigation system.
