Descrizione

For the project, the land was divided into two so that each department had its own separate green and living areas, both have the same areas and the same measurements, these have 100 m2 each, so 80m2 was requested for the department and 20 m2 for the garage.

The project begins with 3 accesses to the vehicle that is shared and from which you can reach both garages and the machine room from the outside and 2 pedestrian accesses, one for each department, an attempt was made to take advantage of the land in this route to give an experience of contact with nature.

Through a pedestrian path you reach the access which is in the room, the room has a central fireplace which can be seen from the inside and from the outside in this a television will be placed for enjoyment, the room is a very wide space with large windows and a height that is growing due to the gabled roof it was decided to place wood on the roof to liven up the space to others niches were made to place books or objects.

The kitchen is in the same area as the living room and shares the gabled roof, it was decided to divide it with glass partitions as requested to avoid bad odors, in addition to being ventilated and illuminated by 2 small interior gardens, at the kitchen it was decided to place the work area, a dining room and a breakfast bar.

The rooms are located on the other gabled roof and it was decided to place it this way so that when you enter you have a lower height and at the end you have a higher one, to give more sense of spaciousness.

The main room was decided to place next to the solar greenhouse so that you can go out to clear or just to better appreciate nature, in addition, it was decided to place the largest bathroom.

For the study room it was decided to place it near the access area in order to place the other bathroom to one side and be much more functional for all areas, the study has a view of the interior garden and exit to the terrace just like the main room. .

The terraces are arranged in such a way that they can be accessed both from the common areas and from the private areas.

It was decided to place a solar greenhouse to give more view to the house as well as to support sustainability.

To prevent too much sun from entering, it was decided to place pergolas and cantilevers to allow the house to have large windows without the sun being bothersome.
