To ensure optimal plumbing efficiency and minimize costs, the design strategy mandates that the positioning of the existing bathrooms must be preserved. The standard unit type will be a 1-Bedroom apartment, with the exception of Unit B on the First Floor (1F), which will be designed as a 2-Bedroom apartment to maximize the floor's potential living space. This approach guarantees functional yet cost-effective housing solutions across all levels.
