Per il layout esterno di questo edificio vengono proposti materiali durevoli, esteticamente accattivanti e funzionali data la possibilità di installazione delle lastre a secco tramite sottostante struttura metallica con funzione naturale di ventilazione in modo da ridurre i consumi energetici e quindi i costi di manutenzione dell’edificio. I colori neutri in abbinamento ad elementi più scuri come le moderne cornici che evidenziano le vetrate donano quel tocco accattivante e di modernità che l’edificio vuol trasmettere. Nelle ore notturne per enfatizzare maggiormente la struttura delle barre led incassate negli aggetti perimetrali delle aperture oltre alla retro illuminazione dell’insegna illuminano l’intera facciata rendendo l’edificio riconoscibile anche da lontano. Per meglio spiegare l’abbinamento dei materiali impiegati vengono prodotti i prospetti di tutte le facciate oltre alla vista in notturna del prospetto principale.

For the exterior layout of this building, durable, aesthetically appealing, and functional materials are used, given the option of installing the drywall panels via an underlying metal structure that serves as natural ventilation, thus reducing energy consumption and thus building maintenance costs. Neutral colors combined with darker elements, such as the modern frames that highlight the windows, lend the building the captivating, modern touch. At night, to further emphasize the structure, LED bars embedded in the perimeter overhangs of the openings, in addition to the backlighting of the sign, illuminate the entire façade, making the building recognizable even from afar. To better illustrate the combination of materials used, elevations of all the façades are produced, as well as a night view of the main façade.
