We worked on the exterior, entrance, and the whole interiors spaces, we didn't change a lot in the architectural plans because we find that making an internal corridor will make the apartment smaller and will change the main concept of the elevation and lose two apartments, so we change in the furniture arrangement.
INTERIOR:
Entrance: we make it luxurious with double-height lights and hidden lights with spotlights under the stairs with plants with hidden handrails with hidden light.
Apartments: we try to make modern with the color scheme with smart tech
Living: we put the tv in a partition with hidden lights and hidden shelves, the sofa can be the bed for two people with a wooden table with a floor lamp
Dining: wooden table top with strong glassed legs with modern chairs with iconic lighting.
Kitchen: with color scheme with modern design with the dining next to it makes it unique.
Bathroom: luxury with a mix of gray tones tiles with high comfort fixtures.
Dressing: we make it highly comfortable, putting a cloth washing machine high with a drawer to put cloth comfortable
EXTERIOR:
we add an external entrance and a big signboard lighting logo to the side of the trains, adding colored glazed plant boxes with hidden light and heigh plants for privacy.
