My design is a clean modern and minimalist look since it's a rental. I thought it would be best to go for a design that will feel less like an office and more like a welcoming setting with plenty of spaces for close interactions to create a warm and personal feeling within clients. For that reason I thought it would be best to do away with the desk and wardrobe. The windows should also be changes to sliding windows to allow more aeration of the room whenever necessary. The direction of door opening should also be changed as indicated for smooth circulation inside the space. There will be plenty of cabinetry to provide enough storage. I decided to go with a stucco whale blue wall paint finish with white oak wood to add warmth and vibrancy into the room. The white oak wood finish is also a complementary contrast to the whale blue paint. Most furniture are in yellow, in line with your color requests, with the rest having closely related colors or complimentary colors. Other complementary colors are bronze and white for fixtures and wall appliances. Cabinetry should also be done with white oak wood to maintain uniformity across the whole space. Including the in-built fridge found at the entrance corner. I recommend the wash hand basin to be outside the toilet with the large house planter next to it. Hopefully I provided enough solutions to your brief. Thank you.
