Nella definizione del progetto ho analizzato l’attuale disposizione degli spazi. Ho deciso di dividere l’appartamento in due parti. La zona giorno, a sx rispetto l’ingresso, e la zona notte a dx, lato cortile (zona più silenziosa). La zona giorno è stata ampliata, abbattendo il muro che divideva le due stanze, al fine di creare un ambiente più grande ed accogliente. Per dividere in parte il soggiorno dalla zona cucina,ho pensato di inserire una libreria divisoria “aperta” che seppur divida i due ambienti, dia una dimensione di continuità. Ad essa si appoggia un divano, di fronte al quale è posizionato un mobile-libreria con Tv e biocamino. Ho deciso di trasformare in una camera singola la vecchia cucina. Ho ottimizzato lo spazio del precedente disimpegno, recuperando mq per un ripostiglio/lavanderia, con accesso dal corridoio. Per quanto riguarda la camera da letto ho inserito una cabina armadio e ho annesso il bagno con vasca e finestra, ingrandendolo rispetto al precedente, mantenendo le dimensioni della camera matrimoniale di 14mq, minimo di legge. Infine il secondo bagno si trova al fondo del corridoio, con doccia e ventilazione forzata. Ho previsto un ribassamento in cartongesso nell’ingresso/corridoio e nella zona cucina con luci incassate.
In the definition of the project , I analyzed the current available space . I decided to divide the apartment into two parts. The living area on the left than the entrance, and the sleeping area on the right side courtyard ( quieter area ) . The living area has been expanded , breaking down the wall between the two rooms in order to create a bigger and more welcoming environment.
To split part of the living room from the kitchen area , I thought about putting a library attached "open" even though that divides the two environments , gives a dimension of continuity . It relies on a couch, in front of which is placed a cabinet -bookcase with TV and biocamino . I decided to turn in a single room the old kitchen . I tweaked the space of the previous hallway, catching mq for a utility / laundry room with access from the hallway. As far as I entered the bedroom I have a walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom with tub and window , and enlarges compared to the previous year, while keeping the size of the master bedroom of 14sqm , the legal minimum . Finally, the second bathroom is located at the end of the corridor , with a shower and forced ventilation. I expected a recess in plasterboard in the entrance / hallway and into the kitchen area with recessed lighting .
