Hope you enjoy your new functional apartment. Since you have been working on it since the begining all that was left for us, was to do the funtional part of the everyday life. The kitchen is connected with the living room but in a particular way. The visual connection is there but it is still harmonicaly divided with the bookshelves behind the sofa. The book shelves with the books will give a nice multi-colour look to your apartment which will look excellent from the kitchen. Also on the bookshelves you can put your laptop, tablet, phone or newspaper. Even putting the groceries on the bookshelves is a big plus when you are carrying a ton of bags. Also you can easily put down anything behind you whilst sitting on the sofa. You can host a 4-5 people family with the number of seats in the living room. Everything is shining white so that most light is reflected off the furniture you have. The table in the living room is oval, slightly triangular, so that no one will bump itno the table while passing through. beautiful modern art is put on the walls to give contrast to the neutral walls and furniture. The pieces we chose to add to the composition go well with both the pre-built kitchen and the entertainment center with the TV, they are mostly designer pieces, as you wished.
Most importantly we are giving you the model we made of your apartmant and our redesign, how we imagine it best suited. It is in private resources. So you can easily give it to someone to make it.
P.S. We are also giving you, as good faith, some 3D models of your apartment which we made in the course of the study of the elements consisting your home. Either way we do not need them anymore so we are giving them to you freely so that they can help you in further needs that may arise.
