L’appartamento è pensato per essere vissuto sia da studenti, che da una coppia oppure un professionista single. Infatti lo spazio si configura come un monolocale, ma le porte scorrevoli nell’ambiente notte creano la privacy necessaria che dà un valore aggiunto all’immobile e l’arredo comprende tutto ciò che è essenziale per la quotidianità. Considerato il vincolo degli scarichi per il bagno, che ne obbligava la posizione, si è privilegiato per la zona giorno l’ambiente con la portafinestra, sia perché più luminoso che per le dimensioni maggiori. La scelta si è indirizzata su un risparmio negli arredi a favore di un investimento maggiore nei lavori di ammodernamento (pareti, pavimenti, rivestimenti, porte e controsoffitti) in modo da rendere più funzionale lo spazio e poter facilmente riconvertirne l’uso in futuro senza ulteriori aggravi economici, considerata anche l’esigua quantità di tramezzi esistenti e che sarebbero stati interessati comunque da demolizioni necessarie alla realizzazione degli impianti. Realizzando i nuovi tramezzi in cartongesso invece si potrà risparmiare nella predisposizione dei nuovi impianti sia in termini di costi che di tempo ed il controsoffitto permette anche di ridurre i costi di rifacimento dell’impianto di illuminazione.
Ingresso: l’unico arredo su misura è quello dell’ingresso, che è pensato per creare continuità tra il corridoio e la zona giorno, infatti la mensola che gira intorno alla parete è prima un piano d’appoggio utile all’ingresso per poi trasformarsi in seduta nella zona pranzo. La capiente libreria è realizzata con semplici mensole a cui si aggiungono dei divisori verticali.
Zona notte: si tratta in realtà di un ambiente aperto, ma la possibilità di chiudere le porte lo rende uno spazio privato all’occorrenza ed il fondoletto si configura come un tramezzo su cui installare la tv. La cabina armadio è realizzata con ante scorrevoli in tinta con le pareti e sulla parete opposta può essere installato uno specchio che fa aumentare la percezione dello spazio. Il letto è di dimensioni standard e sotto possono essere inseriti dei cassetti contenitore. La parete su cui appoggia il letto è decorata come una tela grazie alla carta da parati.
Zona giorno: la cucina è allestita con tutto il necessario e la zona pranzo ospita agevolmente fino a 4 persone, spostando semplicemente il tavolo ed aggiungendo uno sgabello, che quando non viene utilizzato come seduta può essere comodo come tavolino per il divano. Per il divano la scelta è ricaduta su una chaise longue, sia per le misure più contenute, ma anche per essere eventualmente utilizzato come terzo letto. Anche la parete su cui poggia il tavolo è pensata come una tela con l’utilizzo della carta da parati (preferibile la versione wet system che garantisce resistenza al bagnato, graffi e sporco). Sotto la panca della seduta può essere inserito uno spazio contenitore, così come sopra la mensola, utilizzando sempre le strutture ikea disponibili per la cucina.
Bagno: nel bagno si rendeva necessario inserire la lavatrice, così realizzando un ripiano rivestito in resina è stato possibile utilizzare lo spazio sottostante sia per la lavatrice che per un mobile contenitore.
The apartment is meant to be experienced by students, who for a couple or a single manager. Living area: The kitchen is fitted with everything you need and the dining area easily accommodates up to 4 people, simply by moving the table and adding a stool, when not used as a seat can be handy as a side table for the sofa. For the couch, the choice fell on a chaise longue, for both measurements is small, but also to be possibly used as a third bed.
