The project concerns a loft designed for students/workers due to its central position between Iulm and Bocconi university.
The mood of the loft reflects a functional style, combining a white neutral spacewith bright and colorful furniture and details.
The apartment is only 30mq but the designof the layout allow the user to have all the space and the comforts he needs.
The main rooms of the loft are the kitchen, the bathroom and the living-bedroom.
The kitchen is a total white environment, where the furnitures to cook and eat are located to the opposite walls of the room. Next to the window is situated a high table top for fast meals.
The bathroom is located next to the kitchen and on the other side of the loft there is the main room of the apartment: a living room that during the night turns into a comfortable bedroom. This multifunctional space is composed by a work area integrated with bookshelves, also used as open closet.
The style of this room reflect the mood of the project thanks to the combination of design icons and home made furniture.
The target of the project, students and university workers, requires a low cost design, that becomes a particular feauture due to the contrast between the "Do It Yourself" furniture and the bright colours of the iconic furniture and details creating a fresh and customized style.

Il progetto riguarda un appartamento pensato per studenti, single e giovani professionisti, grazie alla sua ottima posizione, vicino a due importantissime università: Iulm e Bocconi.
Il mood dell'appartamento riflette uno stile fresco e funzionale, in quanto combina spazi neutrali e luminosi con arredi e dettagli colorati.
L'appartamento misura solo 30mq, ma il design è stato pensato e progettato per permettere ai futuri utenti di godere di tutto lo spazio ed il comfort necessario.
Le principali stanze presenti nell'appartamento sono la cucina, il bagno e la zona living-notte.
La cucina è collocata in un ambiente total white, nel quale è presente zona fuoco e zona acqua, entrambe su un solo lato della stanza, in modo da avere nella parte opposta un comodo tavolo con frigorifero integrato. Di fronte alla finestra è invece presente un piano alto perfetto per pasti veloci.
Il bagno, che presenta tutti i comfort necessari alla cura personale, è situato sopra alla cucina, separato da un anti-bagno con armadio integrato, e nella parte opposta dell'appartamento è situata la zona principale: una zona living che di notte muta in una comoda camera da letto, grazie al divano apribile, e con la possibilità di ospitare più persone grazie all'utilizzo di brandine estraibili. Questo spazio multi-funzionale è composto anche da un piano da lavoro collegato al mobile, che contiene anche un pratico armadio a giorno.
Lo stile di questa stanza rispecchia il mood del progetto, studenti e giovani professionisti avranno infatti a disposizione un appartamento di design a prezzi contenuti, grazie al contrasto tra la filosofia del mobile living fai da te (Do It Yourself) e i colori brillanti degli arredi iconici, combinati a dettagli che creano un fresco design su misura.
