Questo piccolo bilocale è stato reso bello e funzionale mantenendo il target dettato dal cliente di giovani professionisti, single e studenti.
Ho cercato di creare uno spazio aperto eliminando tutta la muratura per far si che lo spazio a disposizione sembri più ampio. Ho solo mantenuto i muri del antibagno e bagno allargando di qualche centimetro per riuscire a inserire la doccia e i sanitari e renderlo più confortevole e utilizzabile.
Entrando dall’ingresso si riesce subito a intravedere tutti i metri quadrati dell'appartamento. Sulla sinistra troviamo la cucina confortevole e con tutto il necessario per la quotidianità.
Percorrendo il corridoio fino alla fine troviamo la camera che è separata da una parete in zona giorno, una scrivania con mensole per lo studio e lavoro, e zona notte, con un mobile su misura che fa sia da letto che da armadio. Sulla sinistra troviamo l’antibagno che ci conduce al bagno che è confortevole e essenziale.
I prezzi dell'intero arredo sono spiegati nella seconda tavolo, mentre il mobile su misura, che per crearlo costerà indicativamente sui 2500 EUR, è disegnato e spiegato nella terza e ultima tavola.
Calcolando tutti i prezzi e le modifiche fatte al bilocale verrebbe indicativamente sui 7765 EUR, non comprendendo lo spostamento del muro del bagno e la creazione del muro nel mezzo della camera.





This small apartment has been made beautiful and functional keeping the target dictated by the customer of young professionals, singles and students.
I tried to create an open space by eliminating all the masonry to ensure that the available space seem larger. I just kept the walls of the dressing room and bathroom widening a few centimeters to be able to enter the shower and sanitary and make it more comfortable and usable.
It can enter from now to glimpse all the square meters of the apartment. On the left is the kitchen and comfortable with everything you need for everyday life.
Along the corridor to the end we find the room that is separated by a wall in the living area, a desk with shelves for studying and working, and sleeping areas, with a custom furniture that is both bed by wardrobe. On the left is the dressing room that leads to the bathroom which is comfortable and essential.
The prices of the entire furnishings are explained in the second table, and the custom furniture, to create that will cost roughly about 2500 EUR, is drawn and explained in the third and final table.
Calculating prices and the changes made to the apartment would be approximately on 7765 EUR, not including moving the bathroom wall and the creation of the wall in the middle of the room.
