the goal is to make this small apartment as beautiful and functional as possible in order to rent it. The target group are young professionals, singles, students. The location is great because it is located between Bocconi and IULM, two of the most prestigious Italian universities that collect students from all over Italy and the world.
The apartment is completely restored. So you NOT see pictures of the actual state: they are useless. Apart from the discharge of black water that you find in the bathroom, near the window on the left, there are architectural constraints relevant type bearing interior walls etc.
The dimensions are very small, so any solution to maximize space to contain, volumes, etc. They will be well evaluated, as well as those who want to be well evaluated offer solutions oriented to cost restructuring “hard” (walls etc.) rewarding part “soft” (furniture). The plants would still be redone, do not be afraid to affect radically. The ceiling height is 3 meters
Niches, gorges, counter-ceilings and any other idea that helps to maximize the space available is welcome.
The furnishings are contemporary, design, minimal-chic, but very practical. Okay mobile “cool” but if it is useful, if acts in the right location.

In it’s present state, this small apartment needs to be completely remodeled. height of the ceiling is 3 meters
There are no architectural limitations (weight-bearing columns or walls). All walls can be moved and any modification is possible, except the waste removal pipes, close to the bathroom window on the left. All installations / appliances anche would need to be completely Replaced, so radical changes are feasible and welcome.
Niches, cyma moldings, false ceilings, smart architecture – anything That helps maximize the available space is extremely desirable and welcome.
The interior design is contemporary, minimal-chic design, yet extremely practical. The “cool” piece of furniture is okay – but only if it serves a specific function and fulfills a specific need, in exactly the right place.
Flooring is parquet in all of the rooms, exception for the bathroom.
