I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of Ground Floor Plan (SPLIT GROUND FLOOR) .
The space now used as a garage was divided into two spaces: one that could provide access to the apartments above, thus using stairs and an elevator. The other half includes the room in the back and access to the stairs leading to the basement. So a wall was built to divide the floor space in order to provide access to the elevator on one side and the stairs leading to the apartments above. On the other hand, there is a roof that includes the back room, which is a corridor that leads from the shutter to the room and then to the stairs leading to the basement.
The partitioning came in the form of corridors, in addition to forming a quarter circle from the middle to achieve the dimple element of the corridor
A garage for cars was added in the part leading to the basement, in addition to a garage for bicycles and motorcycles in the other part due to its small size.
At the end of the corridor that leads to the room, a small room has been created containing a dining table and a television attached to another room, which is the required bedroom, allowing it to be rented for the use of two people.
Note: You can convert the motorcycle garage space into a living and reception room on the first floor according to your needs if you wish..
