At the 7th floor we create a studio apartment with small pantry and work space, a master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom, and a common bathroom. For the studio, will have a private entrance in front of the staircase.
At the 8th floor, for the interior there are living room, dining room, bar table, kitchen with island, wine/liquor storage, a bathroom, laundry, gym, storage. For the exterior there will be a outdoor dining space, outdoor sofa/bbq space, a small swimming pool and sunbathe area.
For the color scheme we choose neutral color such as white paint, white marble, natural wood, grey marble, glass, and mirror element.
For the natural lighting we create a skylight above the stair, a large bpanoramic windows near the living room so the space will be well lit even without artificial lighting. For the artificial lighting we use pendant, spotlight, and indirect lighting throughout the space. For the lighting color we choose warm white to comprnsate the monochrome material color scheme.
