Here We Have A Design:
*At 7th Floor
-Entrance:
In entrance zone (7th floor) I separated in 2 entrances, one for guest room the other for main home. It's divided by a glass wall (could be removed later.
-Guest Room
As client demands guest room have 2 doors; one for main entrance the other to home. Guest room is full functional suite for living (small kitchen,double bed, TV, desk, Bath). I designed this suite for maximum 2 persons.
-Study/Work Room
After entrance and after moving across an Arc we can see a great feeling of Nature.In there study room placed. Study room has some shelves, a desk , sofa and two closet. On of them is folding bed for using as a bedroom too.
- Bed room
A complete bedroom is placed in 7th floor can be used as a single or double room
-Other Parts in 7th Floor
In other parts in this floor we have stairs with side light and under that I placed a closet for shoes and clothes. Also we have a L-type corridor with some shelves and a closet.
*At 8th Floor
-Living
After climbing the stairs we are in living room. In front dining room placed in left hand is our great corner bar and when we turn the living area is there. A modern fire place with stone surface and a TV with a sofa set in modern style.
-Kitchen
In kitchen I placed all of demands and it have a great island
-Dining Room
The most important thing in designing of dining room is 'Folding System Windows'. The client demand was bot outdoor and indoor dining zone. But with a skylight window and folding system with one dining room we have both.
-Barbecue and Cinema Zone
In this zone I placed a row of cabinets and some outdoor sofas with a fireplace.
-Pool
For designing this place we have to have some depth so i designed this stairs with harmony of wall (beside wall) and living room fireplace.
-Other Parts in 8th Floor
In other parts in this floor we have a WC, laundry beside living room and kitchen, gym and a storage.
